IT & Business Administrator

Job Overview

We are looking for a proactive and organized IT & Business Operations Administrator to support day-to-day IT operations, business administration, and internal systems management. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Microsoft 365 administration, hosting & domain management, WordPress support, endpoint management, and operational coordination.
Key Responsibilities

Manage Microsoft 365, Outlook, user accounts, and access controls
Handle hosting environments, domains, DNS, SSL, and WordPress management
Configure and manage laptops, software, and endpoint security
Maintain IT documentation, backups, and operational records
Support HR administration, employee records, and onboarding/offboarding processes
Organize vendor/client documentation and company filing systems
Coordinate meetings, internal communications, and company-wide updates
Manage company social media content and communication schedules
Requirements

3–5 years of experience in IT Administration & Business Operations
Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 & Outlook Administration
Experience with Hostinger/GoDaddy or similar hosting platforms
Hands-on experience with WordPress management
Good understanding of endpoint security, MFA, and access management
Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
Experience in startup or technology environments will be an advantage
