Invoicing Administrator

Salary: R23 000 – R25 000 per month

Remote Recruitment is hiring a Invoicing Administrator for a UK-based employer, fully remote from South Africa. You will get every invoice out accurately and on time for a UK business.
Role overview

You'll raise, check and issue sales invoices, resolve the queries that stop them being paid, and keep the invoicing ledger clean so the finance team can forecast cash with confidence.
Key responsibilities

- Raise and issue sales invoices accurately and to schedule

- Check invoice data against contracts, orders and timesheets

- Resolve invoice queries with customers and internal teams

- Issue credit notes and process corrections

- Maintain invoicing records and support month-end reporting

What you'll need

- Experience in an invoicing, billing or finance administration role

- Experience with accounting software such as Xero, Sage or QuickBooks

- Confident with spreadsheets, including lookups and pivot tables

- High accuracy with numbers and attention to detail

- A quiet home workspace and stable fibre connection

Nice to have

- Experience with UK VAT treatment on invoices

- Familiarity with purchase order matching

- Experience in a high-volume invoicing environment
