Inventory Reconcilation Coordinator (Part-time)

We are looking for a highly detail-oriented Inventory Reconciliation Coordinator to support daily inventory reconciliation between third-party logistics (3PL) warehouses and NetSuite.

This role focuses on reviewing automated reconciliation tasks, investigating inventory discrepancies, coordinating with warehouse partners, maintaining accurate NetSuite records, and escalating items that may have financial impact. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and comfortable working independently while managing multiple open items across different facilities.

As volume grows, working hours may increase.
Key Responsibilities

- Review and triage daily inventory discrepancies between 3PL warehouse partners and NetSuite.

- Work through automated reconciliation tasks received overnight and follow up on outstanding items.

- Coordinate with warehouse teams to obtain supporting documentation and resolve discrepancies.

- Create and update NetSuite records for clear-cut inventory reconciliation items.

- Identify discrepancies with potential financial impact and escalate them to the appropriate internal team.

- Complete daily fulfillment posting activities.

- Conduct a weekly purchase order (PO) alignment review.

- Track multiple open reconciliation items across facilities and ensure timely follow-up.

- Maintain accurate records and communicate updates to internal stakeholders.

Requirements

- Fluent written and spoken English.

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

- Experience with inventory reconciliation, supply chain, logistics, warehouse operations, or a related function.

- Experience with NetSuite or a similar ERP system , or the ability to learn new systems quickly.

- Experience with ClickUp or a similar task management platform is a plus.

- Good judgment when determining whether to resolve an issue independently or escalate it.

- Comfortable managing multiple tasks and open items across different facilities.

- Able to work independently during morning hours with a short daily team overlap.

- Strong follow-through and accountability.

- Experience working with 3PL warehouses.

- Experience with NetSuite inventory or fulfillment processes.

- Background in inventory control, order management, or supply chain operations.

- Experience working with multiple warehouse or logistics partners.

- Experience with purchase order reconciliation.
