The Role
As the Inventory Management Analyst, you’ll support the creation, maintenance, and execution of seasonal buy plans in alignment with our regional supply strategy. You’ll analyze inventory, supply, ATP, and product lifecycle data to identify risks, exceptions, and recommend next steps that support service, revenue, and inventory objectives. You’ll partner cross-functionally with teams across Global Supply Planning, Demand Planning, Sales, Finance, Logistics, Transportation, and channels to support supply execution and manage disruptions as they arise. Your work helps ensure the right product is available in the right place, at the right time, and in the right amounts for the North America marketplace.

Your Impact
- Prepare, maintain, and analyze seasonal buy plan inputs in accordance with the defined seasonal supply strategy
- Create reporting, analysis, and meeting materials for monthly Buy Review discussions
- Capture follow-ups and support execution of aligned actions with cross-functional teams
- Analyze supply disruptions, inventory risks, and exceptions; recommend potential next steps for manager review
- Review inventory, supply, ATP, and product lifecycle data to identify trends, risks, and exception areas
- Escalate issues with clear context, recommended next steps, and implications for service, revenue, or inventory objectives
- Translate high-volume data into concise reporting that highlights trends, exceptions, and potential risks
- Support Demand Planning alignment by reviewing sales and reservation forecasts against incoming supply
- Prepare S&OE and ATP analysis to support regional planning discussions and follow-up actions
- Partner with Logistics and Transportation to track delivery timing, deferrals, and expedited shipments
- Support system setup and product lifecycle coordination to help maintain accurate supply and inventory execution
Who You Are
- Bachelor’s degree required; degree in supply chain management, business, merchandising, analytics, or related field preferred
- 1–3 years of experience in supply planning, inventory management, demand planning, merchandising, analytics, or a related supply chain function
- Exposure to planning systems, ERP tools, inventory reporting, or supply chain data platforms preferred
- Wholesale, DTC, and/or retail experience a plus
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify trends, exceptions, and risks in large data sets
- Strong Excel skills required, including comfort working with formulas, large data sets, and recurring reporting
- Clear communication skills and ability to summarize complex analysis for cross-functional partners
- Strong attention to detail, organization, prioritization, follow-through, and accountability
- Ability to collaborate across Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Logistics, Transportation, Sales, Finance, and channel teams
