The Job:

As a Human Resources Manager, you’ll be part of our Stanley Engineered Fastening (SEF) Americas Human Resources team working as a remote employee. You’ll get to:

- Partner closely with senior leaders and help lead the people agenda across key business functions. This role blends strategic HR leadership with hands-on operational support, offering the opportunity to influence talent, culture, and organizational effectiveness across Commercial, Customer Support, Technical Sales, Engineering and Service Centers.

- Prioritize and drive multiple key HR initiatives and requests simultaneously, adapting quickly to changing business needs and priorities.

- Own and lead employee relations matters, partnering with legal and leadership to, provide guidance and resolution to ensure a fair, consistent, and positive workplace.

- Drive impact through the annual Talent Review process.

- Consult with and provide recommendations to the leadership on organizational design that will enable the business to grow and operate effectively.

- Drive recruitment activities including position management, interviewing, sourcing, offer creation, communication and facilitation of world-class new hire orientation, on-boarding & assimilation activities.

- Partners to build organizational capabilities to address resource and operational challenges.

- Work closely with Centers of Excellence (COEs) such as payroll, benefits, and compensation to ensure seamless HR operations.

- Champions change management by providing leadership the resources to shape the organization’s culture, systems and processes to enable change.

- Serves as trusted advisor to leadership team on a wide range of business and people issues to include coaching, policy interpretation, employee relations, employee development and recognition & rewards.

- Recommends new approaches, policies and procedures to continually improve efficiency of the department and HR best practices.

- In concert with leadership, build and drive a positive people & culture strategy to ensure alignment with business plans and company strategic objectives.

- Gather and analyze HR data to provide insights and develop solutions.

The Person:

- 5-7 years of progressive experience as an HR generalist, with a strong emphasis on employee relations.

- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree in HR or MBA preferred.

- Proven experience supporting remote and diverse teams, including both salaried and salary non-exempt employees.

- Skilled at managing multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

- Ability to analyze, interpret and present data to a leadership audience using Workday reporting functions.

- Customer focused, adaptable, has strong follow up and organizational skills

- Experience fostering collaborative working relationships with business partners, functional leaders and decision-makers, providing influential advice to help them achieve desired business outcomes.

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and provide guidance across all organizational levels.

- Highly organized, adaptable, and resourceful, demonstrating a custom
