Aramark Student Nutrition provides food and nutrition services to over 350 school districts in the U.S. It offers public and private education institutions a variety of dining options including breakfast and lunch programs, after-school snacks, catering, nutrition education and retail operations. The HR Director-Student Nutrition, provides leadership and HR Business Partner for our Midwest Region. This position provides strategic consultation to senior leadership and partners with them to build and execute an HR strategy that aligns with and enables the achievement of business strategy

Compensation Data

COMPENSATION: The hourly rate or salary range for this position is $125,000 to $135,000. If both numbers are the same, that is the amount that Aramark expects to offer. This is Aramark ’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the compensation for this position as of the time of posting. ​

Job Responsibilities

- Partner with senior leaders and teams-including front line managers to identify opportunities, develop solutions and drive results/impact

- Coach and advise leaders on people strategy (Organization Design, Change Management, Talent Management and Employee Engagement)

- Ensure the efficient delivery of HR programs and services to include, but not limited to performance management, compensation planning, talent reviews, etc.

- Build and implement organizational effectiveness strategies focused on driving employee engagement and retention

- Collaborate with Centers of Excellence (COEs) to attract, on board, develop and retain the talent needed to meet business needs

- Participate in enterprise-wide initiatives/projects as assigned, contributing to and helping lead US HR strategy work in close partnership with the US Sector HRVP

Qualifications

Minimum 10-12 years of progressive experience as an HR generalist role, with strong organization capability/organization development, change management and talent management experience

• Experience in using HR technology and analytics
• HR Certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-SCP) a plus
• Requires a Bachelor's degree in HR Development, Labor Relations, OD or related business field; Master’s degree preferred
• Demonstrated ability to lead large-scale change initiatives
• Proven ability to partner, communicate and consult with executive and senior-level leadership routinely and eff
