Qualifications:

- Proven experience working in a BPO/MPO/outsourcing company (preferred).

- Experienced in leading and managing a team of 10+ members.

- Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.

- Ability to bridge communication between clients, management, and internal teams.

- Assertive, adaptive, and communicative, with the ability to provide clear direction to the team without being overly rigid.

- Strong analytical thinking to support effective decision-making.

- Familiarity with payroll, employment contracts, BPJS (social security), and HR administration processes (preferred).

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage employee data for payroll and administrative purposes.

- Handle the creation, renewal, and termination of employment contracts.

- Maintain employee documentation in compliance with company SOPs.

- Administer BPJS registration and deactivation for employees.

- Review and ensure the accuracy of employee attendance records.

- Act as a liaison between the company, clients, and operational teams.

- Provide support in resolving people-related or administrative issues that may arise.
