Freelance Recruitment (Mass Hiring)

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process for mass hiring projects (sourcing, screening, scheduling, offering).
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract high-volume candidates through various channels (job portals, social media, referrals, offline sourcing).
- Conduct phone and video screenings to assess candidate suitability.
- Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers and ensure smooth recruitment flow.
- Maintain candidate pipeline and ensure recruitment targets are met within deadlines.
- Prepare recruitment reports and updates for stakeholders on a regular basis.
- Collaborate with operations and HR team to ensure timely onboarding of new hires.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in recruitment, specifically handling mass hiring projects.
- Proven success in sourcing and hiring large numbers of candidates within tight timelines.
- Strong networking and sourcing skills, both online and offline.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Familiar with recruitment tools, job boards, and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
