■ Salary and Benefits

• ¥220,000 – ¥300,000 (depending on role and experience)

■ Working Hours

• Shifts typically consist of 8 working hours
• Some roles may include night shifts

■ Responsibilities Include

• Handling guest check-ins and check-outs
• Guest relations, phone inquiries, and reservation management
• Payment processing and settlement
• Data entry of customer information, as well as consulting and aligning with hotel supervisors
• Other hotel-related duties as required
