Hotel Front Desk Staff – NOCTIS Lifestyle Hotel （Opening Member）

■ Job Overview NOCTIS is the group's first lifestyle hotel brand, built around a simple concept: a hotel where communication happens. More than just a place to stay, it's designed to spark connections and conversations between guests. This autumn we open our very first location in Akihabara, and we're looking for front desk staff to join as opening members. As a founding team member, you'll help shape not only the daily guest experience but the service and team culture of a brand-new hotel. ■ Working Conditions Location: Akihabara, Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo (initially; transfer to future locations possible based on preference) Hours: Shift-based, covering early, late, and evening check-in shifts (example shift: 10:30–16:30) Employment type: Contract employee (initial 6-month fixed-term contract, renewed annually thereafter) Fully non-smoking indoors ■ Compensation / Welfare Salary: Hourly wage, determined by experience and skills (¥1,600 per hour) Bonus: Available (performance-based) Insurance: Health, pension, employment, and workers' accident insurance Benefits: Language training support, product purchase support ■ Responsibilities / Duties Front desk operations (check-in/out, reservation management, guest inquiries) Breakfast & Bar service (prep, drink service, ordering, and creating a warm atmosphere where guests connect) Housekeeping & facility management (maintaining room quality, inspections, coordinating with vendors) ■ Requirements / Skills Able to provide customer service in both Japanese and English Enjoy talking with people and connecting with guests Able to deliver friendly, warm hospitality Able to work carefully and collaboratively as part of a team (Preferred) Experience in front desk operations or as a bartender ■ Preferred Personality Someone who wants to be part of launching a new hotel and building a team Someone who loves travel and hotels Someone who enjoys bringing their own ideas to the work Someone who finds joy in creating connections and comfortable moments for guests
