NOCTIS is the group's first lifestyle hotel brand, built around a simple concept: a hotel where communication happens. More than just a place to stay, it's designed to spark connections and conversations between guests. This autumn we open our very first location in Akihabara, and we're looking for an opening member to help build the brand from the ground up. As a founding team member, you'll be involved not only in daily operations but in shaping the service, operations, and team culture themselves.
■ Working Conditions
Location: Akihabara, Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo (initially; transfer to future locations possible based on preference)
Hours: Shift-based (monthly variable working-hour system)
Days off: 9 or more days per month
Employment type: Full-time (initial 6-month fixed-term contract, converting to permanent employment upon renewal)
Fully non-smoking indoors
■ Compensation / Welfare
Salary: ¥260,000–¥380,000 per month
Estimated annual income: ¥4,000,000-¥6,000,000
Bonus: Twice yearly (performance-based)

■ Responsibilities / Duties
Front desk operations (check-in/out, reservation management, guest inquiries)
Breakfast & Bar service (prep, drink service, ordering, and creating a warm atmosphere where guests connect)
Housekeeping & facility management (maintaining room quality, inspections, coordinating with vendors)
Managing OTA and direct booking channels (rate setting, inventory control, review responses)
Monitoring occupancy, ADR, and RevPAR, and planning and executing revenue-improvement initiatives
■ Requirements / Skills
Able to provide customer service in both Japanese and English
Enjoy talking with people and connecting with guests
Able to deliver friendly, warm hospitality
Able to work carefully and collaboratively as part of a team
(Preferred) Experience in front desk operations or as a bartender
(Preferred) Experience with OTA operations or revenue management
