We are looking for a Home-Based Inside Sales Support Specialist to join a growing U.S.-based manufacturer and distributor in the industrial pipe, valve, and fitting (PVF) industry. In this role, you will support the day-to-day order lifecycle by entering and verifying customer orders, preparing quotes, and communicating with customers and internal teams to keep every order accurate, on time, and well-documented. You will play a key role in maintaining the company's reputation for precision and reliability while helping its long-standing customer base feel informed and taken care of.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Order Entry & Accuracy: Enter customer orders into our ERP and EDI software systems with a high level of precision; confirm part numbers, shipping info, pricing, and delivery requirements.

Customer Communication: Respond to phone calls and emails regarding orders, inventory, and shipping timelines; keep customers updated on status and resolve basic issues.

Quoting Support: Prepare and send quotes using established pricing structures; escalate complex quote requests to Account Managers or Sales leadership.

Sales Support: Help maintain customer records, pricing data, and order history; follow up on open orders and incomplete requests.

Process Reliability: Ensure clean handoffs to operations, shipping, and production; flag any inconsistencies or errors before they reach the floor.

WHAT WE LOOK FOR

Education: High school diploma required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred (not required)

Experience: 2–10+ years in customer service, inside sales support, or order entry (Manufacturing or distribution background preferred but not required)

Language Proficiency: Strong verbal, written, and English communication skills.

Working schedule: Ability to work overnight/graveyard shifts in Philippine time or within US operating hours.

Technical Skills:

Experience with ERP or EDI systems is a plus (not required)

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)

Proficient in Google Workspace (Google Sheets, Gmail, Docs)

Basic exposure to Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and Canva is ideal.

Manufacturing or distribution background preferred but not required

Confident using email, Microsoft Excel, and general office software

Comfortable learning and working within ERP and EDI order-management systems

Willingness to learn new systems, products, and customer preferences over time

Salary Range: PHP 45,000 - 47,500
