We're partnering with an AI-native operating system for supply chains used by wholesalers, manufacturers, retailers, and traders. The platform integrates logistics and procurement data through connections with internal and external systems, enabling predictive analytics and automated workflows that improve fill rates, reduce inventory levels, and optimize cash-to-cash cycle time.

By leveraging predictive analytics and automation, the company helps large enterprises reduce costs, unlock additional revenue, and prevent under- or over-stocking across complex global supply chains.

Role Overview

The Head of Sales will own the company's global commercial strategy and execution, with a primary focus on building a repeatable, enterprise-focused sales engine starting in the US. This role is hands-on, strategic, and highly autonomous — responsible for revenue growth, team building, and closing complex enterprise deals.

Key Responsibilities

- Own and scale the sales strategy to support aggressive ARR growth

- Personally lead and close high-value enterprise shipper accounts

- Build, coach, and scale the sales team (AEs, BDRs, enablement)

- Establish a clear sales playbook, pipeline discipline, and forecasting

- Partner closely with Product, Ops, and Customer Experience to drive expansion

- Represent the company externally with senior buyers and industry stakeholders

Profile We're Looking For

- Deep industry expertise in logistics, supply chain, or international trade

- Strong existing network with enterprise shippers

- Go-getter, highly hands-on, "do-it-yourself" mindset

- Detail-oriented, autonomous, and comfortable in ambiguity

- Proven experience building sales teams and functions from early scale

- Spanish and English required
