The Growth Activation and Operations Specialist helps support G.E.H.A’s sales, marketing, partnership, and field activation efforts. This role works with internal teams, vendors, and partners to help coordinate events, deliver partner commitments, organize materials, and support activities that build awareness, engagement, and membership growth. Responsibilities

- Own coordination for assigned field activations, partnership activities, sponsorship programs, sales support efforts, and other market-facing initiatives from planning through completion.

- Manage day-to-day execution for selected partners and sponsorships, including partner communication, creative delivery, marketing materials, activation needs, deadlines, and follow-up items.

- Plan and support events, conferences, fairs, sales meetings, virtual events, hospitality activities, and partner activations, including logistics, materials, staffing coordination, and issue resolution.

- Work directly with vendors and fulfillment partners to coordinate promotional items, branded materials, signage, giveaways, shipments, and other activation needs.

- Monitor partner commitments, sponsorship assets, event needs, and marketing deliverables to ensure work is completed accurately and on time.

- Serve as a primary day-to-day contact for assigned internal teams, vendors, and external partners, escalating issues when needed and helping remove barriers to execution.

- Support growth opportunities by helping teams prepare for partner meetings, sales activities, events, and follow-up actions that may increase awareness, engagement, or membership growth.

- Identify practical ways to improve activations, partner experiences, materials, logistics, and internal coordination based on lessons learned from recent work.

- Prepare clear updates, notes, recaps, and recommendations to help the team understand progress, decisions, open needs, and next steps.

- Represent G.E.H.A professionally with partners, vendors, and internal stakeholders while helping create a positive, responsive, and team-oriented work environment.

- Participate in the sales planning, sales strategies, territorial coverage, and budgeting processes.

- Work on special projects and task forces as assigned.

- Develop messaging and work with Marketing on the Account Manager toolbox.

- Create and update training materials and policies as needed.

- Manage aspects of the regional and national Field Sales events and activities within budgetary guidelines.

- Manage day-to-day relationships with select external partners including regular alignment discussions, utilization tracking and operational oversight and support of relationship.

- Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, health care administration, sport management, or related field preferred; relevant work experience may be considered in place of a degree.

- Two to five years of experience in sales support, marketing, event coordination, partnership support, sponsorship activation, operations support, or related work.

- Experience helping coordinate events, campaigns, partner activities, vendor requests, marketing materials, or sales support activities.

- Basic understanding of sales, marketing, partnerships, events, sponsorships, or member engagement activities.
