Full time Operations Manager — WFH Opportunity

About the Role

We're looking for an Operations Manager to join IgniteNow, primarily supporting RecoverConnect as it establishes its day-to-day operations, while also picking up broader operational work across IgniteNow. RecoverConnect is a growing platform now moving into its own dedicated company structure, and we need someone who can build and own the operational backbone as we scale.

You'll be given the direction and the destination — the "North Star" — and be trusted to work out the best way to get there, coordinating with the wider team as needed, including our Operations Manager, Ken, on how your work plugs into our broader internal systems.

What You'll Do

Own customer care procedures — handling and responding to customer email s and queries

Manage customer onboarding processes

Build out operational procedures as new issues and patterns emerge (we're early-stage, so a lot of this will be created as we go)

Triage incoming issues — stay on top of bugs and technical problems reported by customers and pass them to the product/tech team (you won't personally manage bug fixes, there's a product manager for that, but you'll be the point of visibility)

Keep on top of outstanding expenses, invoices, and amounts owed to vendors or partners

Coordinate with the wider team, including IgniteNow's Operations Manager, to streamline processes across the business

Take on general operational work across IgniteNow as needed, beyond RecoverConnect specifically

What We're Looking For

Experience in an operations or customer operations role, ideally in an early-stage or fast-moving environment

Comfortable working autonomously with high-level direction rather than detailed instructions

Strong communicator, confident handling customer-facing correspondence

Organized, able to juggle multiple small workstreams at once

Comfortable coordinating across teams and companies
