Freelance Paid Media Specialist – Meta & Google Ads✦ anywhere

PRO is a fitness and wellness platform in Lebanon, available through our website and mobile app. We’re looking for a Lebanon-based freelancer to plan, launch and optimize paid campaigns across Meta and Google, with TikTok experience a plus. The objectives are to drive app downloads, registrations and first paid bookings.

You will manage campaign budgets, audience targeting, retargeting and creative testing, and provide clear weekly performance reports with actionable recommendations. You will also coordinate with our technology provider to verify website and app conversion tracking. Content creation remains with our existing creator, whom you will guide with performance insights and creative briefs.

We’re seeking someone with proven paid media experience, strong analytical skills and familiarity with the Lebanese market. Experience with mobile apps or service-booking businesses is highly desirable. You will work directly with PRO’s founder on a freelance monthly retainer.

Please share relevant campaign examples, measurable results, your availability and your proposed monthly management fee, excluding advertising spend.
