💼 About the Role

As a FinTech Recruiter , you will manage recruitment activities across the EU and UK markets , focusing on sourcing, screening, and engaging professionals within FinTech, payments, banking, and financial services.

You will work closely with the HHHub team on active recruitment projects, build strong candidate pipelines, and contribute to successful placements.

The role offers flexible part-time B2B collaboration , with success-based compensation and the opportunity for long-term cooperation.
🔍 Responsibilities:

Source and engage high-quality FinTech candidates across the EU and UK markets;

Manage key stages of the recruitment process including sourcing, screening, and candidate qualification;

Conduct structured candidate interviews to assess experience, motivation, and cultural fit;

Build and maintain a strong pipeline of FinTech talent for current and upcoming roles;

-
Collaborate closely with the HHHub team on active search projects and hiring strategies;

-
Provide insights into candidate availability, salary expectations, and market trends;

-
Maintain high standards of candidate experience and communication throughout the hiring process.

🎓 Requirements:

2+ years of recruitment experience, preferably within FinTech , payments, or financial services;

-
Strong experience in direct sourcing and LinkedIn outreach ;

-
Experience working with EU and/or UK hiring markets ;

-
Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken) ;

-
Proficiency in the local market language or Russian considered an advantage;

Ability to work independently and manage recruitment pipelines effectively;

Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
