This is a focused, outcome-driven position where you’ll own SimPro job scheduling, drive purchase order tracking, eliminate stock/component discrepancies, and serve as the operational backbone behind flawless install-day execution.

What You’ll Be Owning This is a core operational role covering SimPro scheduling accuracy, purchase order creation, and stock data integrity. You aren't just filing forms; you are catching errors before they reach install day, maintaining clean stock levels, and ensuring field crews have accurate information.
You’ll take the lead on:

SimPro Job Scheduling: Keeping SimPro job schedules updated in real time, liaising daily with the job allocator to reflect on-the-ground changes accurately.

End-to-End Purchasing: Raising and tracking Purchase Orders in SimPro, chasing supplier confirmations within 24 hours, and logging receipts consistently.

Data Integrity & Auditing: Conducting regular stock and component audits to eliminate phantom/incorrect stock data before it impacts live job installs.

Supplier Communication: Serving as the reliable point of contact for vendor follow-ups, resolving stock/cost discrepancies proactively.

AI Workflow Integration: Implementing AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT/Claude) to summarize supplier communication threads and accelerate routine follow-ups.

Operations Optimization: Identifying process gaps in stock tracking and scheduling workflows to deliver continuous data-quality improvements.
