About the company

Timely and SalonBiz serve over 30,000 customers in 100 countries and are on a mission to build the leading platform for beauty professionals. Together we make up EverWell, an EverCommerce vertical. Between us, we offer SaaS solutions to customers of varying sizes and stages, serving different customer profiles within the beauty industry. We’re part of the wider EverCommerce ecosystem and exist to simplify and empower the lives of business owners. We’ve got big goals and we’re ready to achieve them.
This is where you come in.

You’ll take the lead on how Timely shows up across social, bringing our brand, customers and beauty community to life in a way that feels unmistakably Timely.

You’ll own and grow our social presence, creating content that builds awareness, engagement and advocacy while driving meaningful commercial impact. Working across Marketing, Product, Sales, Customer Success and Support, you’ll turn great stories and customer insights into content people genuinely want to engage with.

You’ll have plenty of space to experiment, test and bring new ideas to the table, using data to understand what’s working and continually evolve how we show up.

While you may occasionally support SalonBiz as part of the wider EverWell portfolio, your primary focus will be Timely.

This is a 12-month fixed-term, maternity leave contract.

Own Timely’s organic social strategy, channels and communities.

Create engaging content that builds our brand, community and demand.

Bring our customers and their stories to life across social.

Partner with our paid digital team to connect organic and paid social activity.

Test new ideas and formats, using data and insights to continually improve performance.

Track reach, engagement, audience growth, traffic, leads and conversions.

Collaborate across EverWell on product launches, campaigns, events and key moments.

Build genuine relationships with our beauty community and grow customer advocacy.

Occasionally support SalonBiz social activity where needed.

What you’ll bring.

Strong experience owning social media for a brand or business.

A knack for turning brand stories into creative, engaging content.

An understanding of both organic and paid social.

Confidence using data and insights to improve performance.

The ability to balance brand, community and commercial outcomes.

A creative, curious mindset and willingness to experiment.

Strong planning, collaboration and stakeholder skills.

An instinct for making brands feel human, relevant and authentic.

Experience in SaaS, technology, beauty/wellness or a community-led brand would be a bonus.
