This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a EverPro - Senior Growth Marketing Manager based in Canada.

This is a senior growth leadership role focused on accelerating customer acquisition for a flagship SaaS product serving the home and field services market.
You will own the growth engine end to end, from acquisition strategy and media investment to experimentation, forecasting, and performance optimization.
The role combines strategic planning with hands-on analysis in a highly data-driven environment.
You’ll collaborate across Paid Media, SEO, Analytics, Lifecycle, Product Marketing, and Product teams to create one cohesive growth strategy.
Your work will directly influence investment decisions, customer acquisition economics, conversion performance, and long-term growth.
You’ll also communicate performance and recommendations to senior leadership, helping shape broader business priorities.

Accountabilities

Define the customer acquisition strategy, growth roadmap, and annual and quarterly plans across web, iOS, and Android.

Own a multi-million-dollar acquisition budget across Paid Search, Paid Social, Display, Affiliate, App Store, and emerging acquisition channels.

Partner with Paid Media teams to determine investment strategy, allocate budgets, monitor performance, and continuously optimize channel mix.

Build and manage a high-impact experimentation roadmap covering acquisition, landing pages, messaging, onboarding, pricing, and conversion.

Establish an evidence-based growth culture by using experimentation and performance data to guide strategic decisions.

Lead acquisition forecasting and planning while partnering with Analytics on measurement, dashboards, attribution, and performance reporting.

Provide strategic direction for SEO and Growth Analytics and collaborate with Product Marketing and Lifecycle Marketing to align acquisition with broader go-to-market priorities.

Identify emerging opportunities, challenge assumptions, and recommend investments based on customer acquisition economics and long-term growth potential.

Present growth performance, forecasts, strategic recommendations, and investment priorities to senior leadership.

Represent Growth Marketing in planning, budgeting, and business reviews while aligning cross-functional teams around shared objectives.

Requirements

-

10+ years of experience in Growth, Performance, or Digital Marketing, ideally within SaaS, product-led growth, subscription, or technology businesses.

Proven track record of owning customer acquisition strategy and delivering measurable business results.

-

Significant experience managing paid media investment, with experience overseeing budgets of $10M+ strongly preferred.

-

Strong analytical, forecasting, experimentation, attribution, and performance optimization capabilities.

-

Deep understanding of web, mobile, and app growth, including customer acquisition across multiple digital channels.

-

Experience influencing and coordinating cross-functional teams without direct management responsibility.

-

Excellent communication skills and executive presence, with the ability to translate complex data into clear business recommendations.

-

Strong combination of strategic thinking and hands-on execution, with a demonstrated ability to personally build and scale growth engines.

-

Experience in payments, fintech, subscription businesses, or Product-Led Growth environments is advantageous.

-

Experience growing mobile applications and working with App Store Optimization (ASO) is a plus.

-

Familiarity with lifecycle marketing platforms such as Braze, Iterable, or Customer.io is beneficial.

Must be eligible to work in Canada without requiring employment sponsorship.

Willingness to travel occasionally to company offices or other locations across North America as required.

Target total compensation of CAD 175,000–195,000 per year , including base salary and bonus, with final compensation determined by location, experience, expertise, and other relevant factors.
