EverPro - Senior Growth Marketing Manager
This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a EverPro - Senior Growth Marketing Manager based in the United States.
The Senior Growth Marketing Manager will lead customer acquisition and growth strategy for a flagship SaaS product, owning the full growth engine from channel investment through performance optimization. This role will shape annual and quarterly growth plans across web and mobile while identifying opportunities to improve acquisition efficiency and long-term customer growth. You will manage a multi-million-dollar acquisition budget spanning paid search, paid social, display, affiliate, app store, and emerging channels. Working closely with Analytics, Product Marketing, Lifecycle, SEO, and Paid Media teams, you will build a cohesive, data-driven growth strategy. You will also lead experimentation, forecasting, attribution, and performance analysis to guide investment decisions. Accountabilities:
- Own the acquisition strategy and overall growth roadmap, developing annual and quarterly plans across web, iOS, and Android.
- Prioritize growth investments based on business impact, customer acquisition economics, performance, and long-term growth potential.
- Identify new growth opportunities, challenge existing assumptions, and develop initiatives designed to unlock incremental customer acquisition.
- Manage performance across a multi-million-dollar acquisition budget covering Paid Search, Paid Social, Display, Affiliate, App Store, and emerging channels.
- Partner with Paid Media teams to define channel strategies, allocate budgets, measure performance, and continuously optimize the overall channel mix.
- Build and manage an experimentation roadmap, prioritizing high-impact tests across acquisition, landing pages, messaging, onboarding, pricing, and conversion.
- Establish an evidence-based approach to growth by using experimentation and performance data to inform decisions.
- Own acquisition forecasting and planning while partnering with Analytics on measurement, dashboards, attribution, and performance insights.
- Provide strategic direction for SEO and Growth Analytics and collaborate with Product Marketing and Lifecycle Marketing to align acquisition with broader go-to-market priorities.
- Bring cross-functional teams together around shared growth objectives and maintain focus on the initiatives with the greatest business impact.
- Present growth performance, forecasts, recommendations, and investment priorities to senior leadership, translating complex data into clear business insights.
- Represent Growth Marketing in strategic planning, budgeting, and business review processes.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in Growth, Performance, or Digital Marketing, ideally within SaaS, product-led growth (PLG), subscription, or similarly data-driven businesses.
- Demonstrated experience personally building and owning customer acquisition engines and delivering measurable business results.
- Experience managing significant paid media investments, with $10M+ preferred.
- Strong analytical, forecasting, experimentation, and performance optimization capabilities.
- Deep understanding of web, mobile, and app growth strategies.
- Proven ability to influence and align cross-functional teams without direct management responsibility.
- Excellent communication skills and strong executive presence, with the ability to turn complex analysis into actionable business recommendations.
- Strategic thinker who is equally comfortable developing long-term growth plans and getting hands-on with execution.
- Experience in payments, fintech, or subscription businesses is preferred.
- Experience growing mobile applications and with App Store Optimization (ASO) is preferred.
- Familiarity with lifecycle marketing platforms such as Braze, Iterable, or Customer.io is a plus.
- Experience working in a Product-Led Growth environment is preferred.

- Target total compensation of $115,000–$135,000 USD per year in most U.S. locations, including base salary and bonus.
