About the Position
• Employer: MM Office, Inc. (有限会社エムエムオフィス), a government-authorized dispatching agency
• Location: A prestigious junior and senior high school in Kamakura
• Start Date: April 2027 (Positions available for dispatched or direct-hire full-time teaching)
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM (with a 1-hour lunch break; occasional weekends for school events)
• Paid Time Off: Provided according to the school calendar, plus additional long vacation periods
• Contract: Renewable for up to three years

Role & Responsibilities
We are seeking motivated, dynamic bilingual/trilingual educators to teach both communicative English and structured English grammar/reading (using Japanese for explanations) to junior and senior high school students. Your goal will be to help students build strong English reading comprehension and grammar foundations for higher education and future global careers.

Key Requirements & Qualifications
• Nationality & Residency: Native English speakers (American or Canadian preferred) currently residing in Japan.
• Language Skills: Native proficiency combined with fluent Japanese language skills to explain English grammar and sentence structures effectively.
• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree obtained in your home country.
• Visa: Holders of a valid working visa.

Training & Professional Development
Selected candidates will receive intensive, personalized 1-on-1 online training (5 to 10 sessions of 90 minutes each) conducted by Mr. Michio Matsui. Training utilizes the proprietary teaching text "TREKKING" along with its English translation to help you master Japanese grammatical terminology and effective instructional methods.

Salary and Benefits
• Gross Monthly Salary: ¥321,436
• Estimated Net Pay: Approximately ¥267,000 (after deductions for social insurance, health insurance, and employment insurance)
• Transportation Costs: Fully covered
