At Kikokushijo Academy (KA), we believe education is about far more than acquiring knowledge and skills. Our mission is to provide a learning environment that is academically rigorous, creatively inspiring, safe, and supportive while helping students discover their strengths, pursue their goals, and unlock their greatest potential.

For more than 20 years, KA has specialized in educating returnee, bicultural, bilingual, and internationally minded students through an original English Language Arts curriculum focused on advanced reading, writing, discussion, and critical thinking. Our goal is not simply to maintain students' English ability, but to help them develop the skills, habits, and confidence needed to thrive in demanding academic environments and pursue ambitious goals, including demanding junior high, high school, and university entrance exam preparation.

We are seeking reflective, growth-oriented educators who are passionate about teaching, eager to improve their craft, and excited by the challenge of helping students achieve more than they thought possible.
