What success looks like in this role:
•Provides Systems Administration support for an organization, functional unit or line of business.•Administers development, test and production servers, including reloading, re-imaging and debugging problems.•Installs, removes and upgrades software packages on test, development and production servers.•Performs daily monitoring of network systems, independently initiating proactive measures to ensure functionality, connectivity and load balance.•Troubleshoots systems and host environments, identifying and resolving faults, inconsistencies and systemic issues.•Evaluates, recommends and implements solutions to ensure systems functionality and compliance with company standards.•Provides network and systems evaluation and operational reports.•Updates systems records and ensures maintenance of accurate information.•Ensures computer programs in company use are properly licensed, adhere to company standards and are operational and functional.•Assists systems users by creating instructional how-to guides and by providing technical information and training.

You will be successful in this role if you have:
BA/BS degree and 2-4 years’ relevant experience OR equivalent combination of education and experience
