We are an e-commerce business, in compression sock industry, We are based in New York, and have been in business for over 20 years. We prefer someone with 1-2 year phone (international customers) and email customer service experience in an ecommerce account.

Description:

As an Ecommerce Customer Care Representative, you will be taking orders and resolving customer inquiries via phone and email s to ensure the best experience possible! In addition, you will also make sure that the customers are getting the best value for all our products and services.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Taking Phone Orders and Inputting the Orders in Magento

• Trained and be knowledgeable of our Product Line

• Resolving Customer Inquiries via phone, chat, email .

• Handle Cancellations, Returns,

• Call Back any Missed Call from Customers

• Issue refunds according to our refund policy

• Assisting in the tracking of customer packages

• Medicare Billing and Claims

Key Skills and Qualifications:

• Ability to demonstrate positive and energetic phone skills and excellent listening skills.

• Able to handle irate and demanding customers

• Prior E-Commerce Customer Service and Sales experience is highly preferred

• Experience with Magento, Gladly, SellerCloud, Zendesk, is a plus

• Experience with Medical Billing and claims is a plus but not required

• Proficient using computer programs such as Microsoft Office.

• Comfortable with outbound calls and speaking with customers.

• Computer proficiency such as Microsoft Office, Google Sheets, data entry, and excellent customer service skills

Other Notes:

Full Time

Preferably resides in Metro Manila or Bulacan area

Applicants must own a fast computer, preferably a desktop with a second monitor

6-month probation: PHP 30,000 month*
