This role sits at the center of a high-impact, enterprise-wide transformation focused on modernizing operations, improving performance, and building more scalable, data-driven ways of working. As we implement new capabilities across the organization, the Director will ensure our processes, workforce models, and systems evolve to support long-term growth and efficiency. This is a highly cross-functional role spanning clinical operations, revenue cycle, financial performance, and physician engagement.

DIRECTOR, STRATEGY AND TRANSFORMATION - POSITION SUMMARY:

- The Director will lead strategic initiatives, align stakeholders, and translate vision into execution.

- Lead end-to-end project delivery for high-priority strategic initiatives, including workplan development, stakeholder alignment, financial modeling, and executive-ready deliverables.

- Develop and present strategic recommendations to C-Suite executives, physician leaders, and board-level audiences, translating complex operational and financial data into clear, actionable insights.

- Design and facilitate cross-functional working sessions, steering committees, and governance forums to drive alignment and decision-making across the organization.

- Build scalable analytical frameworks and models that support repeatable, data-driven strategy across the transformation office portfolio.

- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to break down complex challenges, synthesize insights, and drive practical, data-informed solutions.

- Strong time management, prioritization skills, and the ability to juggle multiple tasks at once Set goals, effectively anticipate, identify, and resolve roadblocks, and proactively build contingency plans.

DESIRED PROFESSIONAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

- Masters Degree in Health Administration or Business Administration with 5+ years of related experience preferred; or an equivalent combination of education and experience

- Healthcare industry experience, particularly in provider organizations, physician enterprises, health systems, or radiology/imaging services

- 5+ years of project management experience required Management consulting experience at a recognized firm (e.g., McKinsey, Bain, BCG, Deloitte, ECG, Huron, Guidehouse, or similar) preferred

- Demonstrated track record of leading complex, cross-functional strategic initiatives from scoping through implementation.

- Advanced analytical and financial modeling skills with the ability to synthesize large data sets into executive-ready insights and recommendations. Familiarity with AI-driven tools and concepts, or a strong ability and willingness to quickly learn and apply them in an operational setting
