As a Director, Hilton University Platforms, you will partner with our business leaders to attract, retain, and develop Hilton 's most important asset, our Team Members. On the Learning Platform team reporting to the Sr Director, Technology & Enablement, you will lead the strategy, deployment, and evolution of Cornerstone Galaxy and the broader learning and development technology ecosystem.
What you'll do during a typical day:

- Manage global deployments and post go-live optimization, balancing enterprise standardization with regional requirements.

- Translate business and learner needs into scalable platform and capability requirements across learning technology ecosystem.

- Define and manage the Cornerstone Galaxy roadmap, backlog, and prioritization process, incorporating both business demand and forward-looking innovation

- Manage vendor and systems-integrator relationships, ensuring delivery quality, accountability, and value realization

- Evaluate, pilot, and introduce AI enabled learning platforms and partners that enhance efficiency, learner experience, and L&D team productivity

- Provide direction and oversight to learning technology teams

- Partner with Learning and HR leadership to align platform decisions, roadmap milestones, and experience design direction.

- Engage with Innovation, Analytics, and Product teams to explore latest technologies, AI-enabled capabilities, and process automation

- Be a strategic advisor to HR and Learning & Development leadership on learning technology trends, vendor capabilities, and future-state workforce platforms and processes
