Job Description:

You will support the Healthcare Fraud prevention Partnership (HFPP) Trusted Third Party (TTP) mission by ensuring that every new data source is onboarded accurately, efficiently, and with high quality. Your work directly enables reliable, well‑structured data pipelines that drive analytics, decision‑making, and operational insight.
MEANINGFUL WORK AND PERSONAL IMPACT:

Coordinate the onboarding of new data sources, files, feeds, or partners.
- Review and interpret source data formats, schemas, and business requirements.
- Map incoming data to internal data models and ensure adherence to transformation rules.
- Validate data quality, completeness, and consistency during onboarding.
- Support troubleshooting for data delivery, parsing, formatting, or integration issues.
- Collaborate with engineering, product, operations, and client teams to resolve questions and clarify dependencies.
- Document onboarding workflows, data definitions, validation rules, and exceptions.
- Track onboarding status, risks, and timelines through completion.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:
- Bachelor’s degree in information systems, computer science, data analytics, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 2+ years of experience in data operations, data integration, implementation, or technical support.
- Familiarity with structured data formats (CSV, JSON, XML, flat files)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple onboarding tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience with ETL/ELT workflows, SQL , Python , or data quality tools.
- Knowledge of cloud data platforms such as Snowflake, Databricks, or AWS.
- Experience working with API-based integrations and secure file transfer methods.
- Familiarity with healthcare, financial, or regulated data environments.
- experience with metadata management, data governance, or schema mapping.
- Experience with Jira and Confluence.

- Data sources are onboarded on schedule.
- Incoming data meets quality and completeness thresholds.
- Fewer onboarding defects and rework cycles.
- Clear documentation and smooth handoff to operations or analytics teams.
