Data Analyst Intern

This is a remote position.
- Support the collection, cleaning and organisation of data from different business systems.
- Assist with preparing regular reports and dashboards for Product, Growth, Commercial and other teams.
- Analyse data to identify trends, patterns and areas requiring attention.
- Support the tracking and reporting of key business and product metrics.
- Assist with data validation and quality checks to ensure reports are accurate.
- Help translate business questions into simple data analyses and insights.
- Support the Data Analyst with ad hoc analysis and data requests.
- Document datasets, reports and basic analysis processes.
- Work with team members to improve the availability and usability of business data.
Requirements

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, Business Analytics or a related field.
- Basic understanding of data analysis and statistics.
- Familiarity with Excel or Google Sheets .
- Basic knowledge of SQL is an advantage.
- Some exposure to data visualisation tools such as Power BI, Tableau or Looker Studio is an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
- Good analytical and problem solving skills.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast paced environment.
