Data Analyst

This is a remote position.
- Build Rayda 's data warehouse and analytics infrastructure, bringing together product, billing and customer interaction data from multiple systems.
- Integrate and maintain data from platforms including Segment, PostHog, Customer.io and the core product.
- Develop reliable data models and transformation layers that create a single source of truth for business data.
- Build and maintain scalable data pipelines and workflows to ensure data is accurate, consistent and accessible.
- Develop high value datasets and analytical models that support Product, Growth, Commercial and leadership decision making.
- Enable teams to self serve reliable data and insights without depending on manual reporting.
- Identify and resolve data quality, consistency and integrity issues across source systems.
- Analyse product and customer data to uncover usage patterns, churn risks and expansion opportunities.
- Establish clear documentation and processes for data models, pipelines and the broader analytics environment.
- Partner with Product, Growth, Commercial and other teams to continuously improve Rayda 's data capabilities.
Requirements

- 3–6 years of experience in data analytics, analytics engineering, data engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience building a data warehouse or data lake from scratch .
- Strong hands on experience with SQL, data modelling and data transformation .
- Experience with dbt or similar analytics engineering tools .
- Experience with cloud data warehouses and data orchestration .
- Experience working with event based data and product analytics .
- Experience integrating data from multiple systems and working with fragmented or messy datasets.
- Strong understanding of data quality, data governance and documentation .
- Ability to translate complex product, billing and customer data into reliable, usable datasets and insights.
- Experience collaborating with Product, Growth and Commercial teams .
