About the job:
Key Responsibilities:

A. Customer Support:

1. Respond to customer inquiries via SMS, email, and app chat

2. Resolve issues such as order status, delays, garment concerns, and billing questions

3. Maintain a professional, empathetic, and solution-focused tone

4. Data Entry Specialist

B. Sales & Customer Retention:

1. Follow up with new users to ensure a smooth first experience

2. Re-engage inactive customers with promotions and service updates

3. Upsell services (wash & fold subscriptions, tailoring, express service)

C. Operations Coordination:

1. Coordinate with drivers and cleaning partners to resolve service issues

2. Monitor order flow and flag urgent issues

3. Ensure service updates are communicated promptly

D. Administrative Tasks:

1. Maintain customer notes and update CRM records

2. Track common issues and suggest process improvements

3. Assist with promotional outreach campaigns
