About Northern Spruce Media

Northern Spruce Media (NSM) is a real estate photography company providing professional photography, videography, and related services to real estate agents. We are looking for an experienced, organized, and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to support our daily operations and ensure smooth communication between our clients and internal team.

Key Responsibilities

-Respond to client email s promptly, professionally, and accurately.

-Answer incoming phone calls and assist real estate agents with questions and requests.

-Coordinate communication between real estate agents, photographers, editors, and the internal team.

-Manage bookings, appointments, and scheduling updates.

-Use Aryeo to manage orders, update booking details, and maintain accurate client information.

-Use Aryeo Google Calendar to review schedules, coordinate appointments, and ensure booking details are correct.

-Make minor floor plan adjustments using CubiCasa or iGuide when needed.

-Follow up on client requests, resolve routine service issues, and escalate more complex concerns when necessary.

-Ensure booking changes and special instructions are communicated to the appropriate team members.

-Maintain accurate records and provide general administrative support to the customer service and operations team.

Requirements

-Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in customer service.

-Excellent written and spoken English, with the ability to communicate professionally over the phone and through email .

-Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.

-Ability to multitask, prioritize requests, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

-Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to handling client concerns.

-Comfortable using computers, online platforms, and scheduling tools.

-Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a remote team.

-Willingness and ability to work according to Ontario, Canada business hours.

Preferred Qualifications

-Experience using Aryeo is a significant advantage, but it is not required.

-Experience with Google Calendar and appointment scheduling.

-Familiarity with real estate photography or the real estate industry.

-Experience using CubiCasa or iGuide, particularly for making minor floor plan adjustments.

-Previous experience working remotely with international clients.

Training will be provided for company-specific systems and processes.
