Customer Acquisition Representative

Overview

Some people just like helping a business run better. If that sounds like you, this role puts that instinct to work. As a Customer Acquisition Representative, you'll talk with business owners, learn how money comes in for them today, and show them a setup that costs less and takes less effort.

Before your first conversation you'll go through full training, and after that you'll have a step-by-step process and a team that picks up when you call. Owners tend to welcome the conversation because the savings are real. This is a full-time role, and what you earn is tied to the accounts you bring on, with bonuses for strong months.
What You'll Do

- Connect with business owners and get a feel for how their business runs

- Look at what they pay to process cards and where the setup slows them down

- Recommend a payment and point-of-sale option built for their kind of business

- Talk through questions openly and help them reach a decision

- Help each new account get set up and stay with them through the first weeks

- Keep your pipeline and follow-ups current in the CRM

What We're Looking For

- Clear, personable communicator who enjoys meeting new people

- Motivated by goals and good at following a plan

- Open to coaching and quick to learn

- Background in sales, retail, hospitality or customer service is a plus
