DTC brand focused on developing their in-house brand team in the supplements/electrolytes space!

They're hiring a Creative Strategist who grew on copy and knows what can convert not only in direct-response but also thrives in storytelling!
This person will work with a creative, paid media, and an experienced Creative Director with 15+ years in branding and DTC.

- You know how to turn a product into a story, a story into a hook, and a hook into revenue.

- You are the missing link between performance and creativity.

- If you’re obsessed with ads, culture, performance data, and crafting thumb-stopping creative that actually sells, you might just be the one we’re looking for.

What Will You Do

- Develop creative strategy for paid ads (briefs, concepts, learnings)

- Write copy for landing pages and emails

- Build and understand full conversion funnels

- Analyze ad account performance and iterate on what's working

Requirements

- E-commerce / D2C background (mandatory)

- Experience with $100K–$500K/month ad spend range

- Copywriting roots with growth into creative strategy

- Prior work with American companies/brands

Preffered Skills

- Storytelling-first approach (vs. flat direct response)

- Familiarity with supplements/electrolytes niche a bonus
