About the job:
A. Key responsibilities:

1. Write LinkedIn posts, carousel copy, and long-form content for founders and brands.

2. Research industries, audiences, and trends to create insight-led content.

3. Adapt tone and voice to each founder or company, keeping content authentic and human.

4. Craft strong hooks, clear narratives, and purposeful calls-to-action

Engage strategically through comments, replies, and outreach to build credibility and reach.

5. Collaborate with designers and strategists to deliver cohesive content.

6. Track content performance and refine based on what resonates.

B. Engagement Skills:

1. Thoughtful commenting - add insight to relevant posts, not generic replies.

2. Conversation building - reply to comments and DMs promptly to extend reach and relationships.

3. Targeted outreach - identify and engage prospects, peers, and industry voices aligned with business goals.

4. Community presence - build visibility in relevant LinkedIn conversations and groups.

5. Social listening - spot trending topics and timely opportunities for founders to join.

6. Brand judgment - stay professional, respectful, and consistent with each founder's voice.

- 5. Comfort using AI tools to support research and drafting without losing a human voice
- 6. Ability to take feedback and iterate quickly
