We’re seeking an experienced Bilingual Recruiter (English/Spanish) to support high-volume hiring for back-of-house kitchen roles.
This is a remote contract role for someone who can move quickly, communicate clearly, and require little ramp-up — while taking pride in delivering quality, consistency, and results.
What You’ll Do
- Recruit for BOH kitchen roles (Line Cooks, Leads, Kitchen Managers)

- Manage full-cycle recruiting in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

- Maintain strong attention to detail across candidate communication and tracking

- Communicate proactively and clearly with candidates and hiring partners

- Adjust sourcing strategies when market conditions change

- Consistently hit weekly and monthly hiring goals

What We’re Looking For
- Fluent in English and Spanish (required)

- Proven experience hiring back-of-house kitchen roles

- Strong attention to detail — accuracy matters at every step

- Reliable, organized, and accountable for outcomes

- Comfortable working with urgency and shifting priorities

- Brings a solutions-first mindset when faced with hiring challenges

- Takes ownership and follows through without needing close oversight

- Must be based in the U.S.

- Must be able to support hiring across multiple U.S. time zones

- Must have own computer, phone, and reliable internet
