Community & Marketing Coordinator (Full Time, Remote)

WKR is a Houston-based performance and streetwear brand for the powerlifting, bodybuilding, and overall gym community. We sell direct on Shopify. We are hiring one person to own our community and coordinate the marketing that turns it into revenue: ---------- , Instagram, influencer assets, and every drop and restock we run.

This is not a moderator or assistant role. You own outcomes and you are measured on growth, activity, and revenue.

THE ROLE

Community

- Grow and run the WKR ---------- : daily activity, server structure, onboarding, roles, member tiers, and moderation

- Create and run engagement: challenges, PR boards, giveaways, athlete AMAs, and events we have not thought of yet

- Find top members who want to create for us and move them into our UGC creator program

Instagram

- Post 3 to 4 times per week of branded content that fits the WKR ecosystem

- D ---------- what goes out, when, how it is captioned, and what we should produce next

Drops, restocks, and campaigns

- Coordinate every release and restock from plan to launch day

- Run early access for releases and restocks through ---------- and our lists

- Plan and run special marketing events built to generate revenue

- Work with our email and SMS team so every channel is synced on dates, offers, and messaging

Influencer and creative assets

- Work with our influencer team to collect UGC, photos, and video from creators ahead of each restock and release

- Brief our graphic designers when assets need design work and keep them on deadline

- Use AI tools, including Higgsfield, to produce and adapt content fast

Reporting

- Weekly report on ---------- growth and activity, IG performance, members converted to creators, assets collected, and revenue from drops and events you ran

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

- Proven experience growing a brand community, ideally apparel, fitness, or DTC, with numbers to show

- Experience coordinating product launches or restocks across social, email , and SMS

- Experience working with influencers or creators to source content

- Hands-on with AI content tools. Higgsfield experience is a plus

- Comfortable directing designers and working across a remote team

- Understanding of powerlifting, bodybuilding, and overall gym culture

- Strong written English

- Available on US Central hours for drops, events, and launch days

- Self-directed. You will not be micromanaged and you will be held to results

COMPENSATION

$1,500 USD per month, full time, negotiable based on skill set. Long term role.
