Senior Marketing Coordinator – Executive Support, Social Media & CRM
Full-Time | Remote | PST Hours
About the Role
At Pavago , one of our clients is hiring a Senior Marketing Coordinator to support executive operations, marketing execution, social media, CRM management, and program administration.
This is a hands-on execution role , not a strategic marketing leadership position. You’ll work across multiple workflows to ensure content is published, campaigns and follow-ups stay organized, CRM data remains accurate, and leadership has reliable day-to-day support.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently in a fast-moving entrepreneurial environment.
What You’ll Own
Marketing & Social Media
- Create, schedule, and publish content across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and community groups
- Manage comments, DMs, and community engagement
- Track social performance and maintain organized reporting
- Support advertising campaigns for programs and events
Executive & Operational Support
- Manage calendars, scheduling, and administrative coordination
- Maintain project trackers, deadlines, and follow-ups
- Organize inboxes and prioritize important communication
- Identify workflow gaps and keep projects moving
Content & Digital Assets
- Create graphics using Canva
- Edit short-form video using Veed, OpusClip, or similar tools
- Format and organize scripts, guides, workbooks, and program materials
- Maintain consistent branding across digital content
GoHighLevel, CRM & Email Marketing
- Build and manage email workflows in GoHighLevel (GHL)
- Execute outreach and follow-up campaigns
- Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline stages
- Ensure leads and program participants never miss important follow-ups
Program & Lead Generation Support
- Organize digital program and membership materials
- Track participant progress and communication
- Research Ideal Client Profiles (ICPs) and build prospect lists
- Support lead generation and outreach initiatives
- Assist with minor website updates, account setup, and reporting
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in marketing coordination, executive assistance, or digital operations
- Experience supporting founders, coaches, or entrepreneurial businesses preferred
- Strong proficiency with Google Docs, Sheets, Drive, and Calendar
- Hands-on experience with GoHighLevel or similar CRM/marketing automation tools
- Proficiency with Canva
- Experience with Veed, OpusClip, or similar video editing tools
- Strong understanding of LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram
- Excellent written English communication
- Strong organization, multitasking, and follow-through
- Ability to work independently during U.S. PST business hours
