- Write personalized, high-converting cold email copy for different personas and segments.

- Use tools like Apollo, Instantly, or Smartlead to automate and manage outbound workflows.

- Monitor deliverability, open rates, and reply rates and continuously test/iterate to improve performance.

- Build and maintain high-quality lead lists and handle basic enrichment where needed.

- Stay current with best practices for cold outreach and email compliance (e.g., domain warming, spam avoidance).

Requirements:

- Proven experience running successful cold email campaigns using tools like Instantly, Apollo, Smartlead, or similar.

- Strong copywriting skills, especially for cold outreach and subject lines.

- Knowledge of email deliverability tactics and best practices.

- Experience in B2B lead generation, sales development, or outbound marketing.
