JOB DESCRIPTION

Digital Marketing Masters is a Google Partner specializing in HVAC advertising.

We are hiring confident English-speaking cold callers to contact HVAC companies currently running Google advertising and introduce our affordable advertising audits ($49.99–$299.99).

This is a high-volume calling position. The process is simple:

Introduce the offer, get a yes or no, and move on.

No aggressive selling or lengthy conversations.

DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Log in to our sales portal and calling dialer.

- Call businesses from our provided prospect lists.

- Follow the provided sales script.

- Introduce our advertising audits.

- Send checkout links to interested prospects.

- Record call outcomes.

We provide everything, including the dialer, prospect lists, scripts, training, and sales portal.

Calls generally take 2–5 minutes, with a maximum of 8–10 minutes.

REQUIREMENTS

- Excellent spoken English is mandatory.

- Clear pronunciation and natural conversational delivery.

- Confident speaking with American business owners.

- Previous cold calling experience preferred.

- Comfortable making a high volume of calls.

- Reliable internet and quality headset.

- Available during US business hours.

Digital marketing experience is not required. Training is provided.

COMPENSATION

Month 1 (Trial): $500 total / $125 weekly

Month 2: $750 total / $187.50 weekly

Month 3: $1,000 total / $250 weekly

Additional commission on completed paid audits.

Pay progression is based on satisfactory performance.
