Make a Difference Behind the Scenes of Patient Care

Great patient care depends on more than what happens in the exam room. It also takes someone organized, dependable, and detail-oriented to keep schedules, clinical documentation, nursing services, and provider workflows moving smoothly.

As a Remote Clinical Coordinator at Core-VA Solutions , you’ll play an important part in supporting U.S. healthcare teams behind the scenes. You’ll coordinate nursing visits, maintain accurate clinical records, support providers and nurses, and help ensure important tasks and documentation stay on track.

If you enjoy bringing structure to busy healthcare environments, keeping details organized, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks, we’d love to have you on our team.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Coordinate clinical operations and schedules by arranging nursing visits for host home and group home settings, maintaining provider calendars, and tracking monthly, quarterly, and annual visits, assessments, and injections.
- Manage communications and coordination through email and phone, responding to requests and routing information to the appropriate providers, nurses, or internal teams.
- Organize and maintain clinical documentation by filing nursing records, reviewing doctor’s notes and RN service documentation for completeness, and keeping records accurate and up to date.
- Support assessments and clinical workflows by pre-filling patient demographics, coordinating medication refill requests, and ensuring required documents are reviewed and updated according to established processes.
- Support billing and invoicing by reviewing RN service documentation and preparing completed nursing service data and invoices for processing.
- Maintain accurate healthcare records and systems by entering and updating information in secure healthcare and state-managed platforms while protecting confidential patient information and following HIPAA requirements.
- Support compliance and quality processes through documentation reviews, audits, reporting, version control, and adherence to state program guidelines and internal policies.
- Help improve daily operations by identifying gaps, keeping tasks on track, and finding ways to make clinical coordination, documentation, and administrative workflows more efficient.
- Provide general administrative support as needed to help providers and internal teams stay organized and productive.
