Position: Chemicals Safety for Redteaming
Type: Contract
Compensation: $65–$75/hour
Location: Remote
Role Responsibilities

- Write challenging single-turn prompts in chemistry , labeled as benign, dual-use, or adversarial.

- Evaluate model responses against defined policy standards to ensure correct handling.

- Write reference answers with technical reasoning for correct responses.

- Judge the calibration of prompts, distinguishing between mechanism and procedure.

- Work independently and asynchronously to improve AI model performance .

Qualifications

Must-Have

- Hands-on experience in synthesis , analytical chemistry , or chemical safety .

- Strong technical writing skills with a clear rationale for judgments.

Preferred

- Experience in AI evaluation or red-teaming .

- Backgrounds in Chemical Defense Research , Synthetic/Process Chemistry , Analytical Chemistry , Industrial Hygiene , or Forensic/Toxicological Chemistry .
