About the role:
Bixal is building a pipeline of qualified subject matter experts (SMEs) to support anti-human trafficking training and technical assistance (T/TA). Selected experts may be engaged on a short-term, part-time basis to design training content, advise on and peer review training materials, and deliver training in-person or virtually.

Any potential work would be short-term and part-time (for example, designing the content for a single training, advising on one curriculum, or delivering one training session). Assignments are discrete and time-limited; they are not ongoing or full-time roles.

Availability, timing, and volume of work in 2027 depend entirely on project needs.
Compensation:
The compensation rate is expected to be $100 – $200/hour, depending on scope of work.
What Selected Consultants May Be Asked to Do:
Depending on the specific project need, engaged consultants may be asked to do one or more of the following on a short-term basis:

Design and develop training content and materials — for example, curricula, Training-of-Trainers (ToT) manuals, toolkits, micro-learnings, fact sheets, workbooks, desk guides, and screening tools — aligned with adult-learning principles and suited to in-person, virtual, and self-directed formats.
