Business Development Specialist - Senior

We are looking for a talented Business Development Manager – Marine to join our team specializing in Sales for our Marine Department at Cummins Norway .

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in high-potential markets to drive growth

- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers across different levels

- Understand customer needs and offer tailored Cummins solutions (standard and customized)

- Effectively position Cummins products against competitors to win business

- Negotiate deals in line with company guidelines while achieving revenue and profit targets

- Collaborate closely with internal teams (e.g., engineering, supply chain, finance) to meet customer requirements
