Your Mission 🚀

As a Business Development Manager , your mission is to grow Teya ’s local presence, drive sales, and be our on-the-ground ambassador bringing Teya closer to the businesses that need us.

Your Story 📖

Previous experience in selling services (telecommunication, Saas, Fintech) is a plus

-
Successful sales track record & customer portfolio retention

- Sales experience 4+ years

- You enjoy field-based work

You build strong relationships and communicate with ease

You’re goal-driven, organized, self-motivated and resourceful

- You’re tech-savvy and eager to grow

Fluent in Croatian and confident in English

- You have a driver’s license
