About the job:
Key Responsibilities:

1. Contact and engage with candidates on a daily basis through calls and other communication channels.

2. Explain our IT training and placement programs, services, and career opportunities clearly.

3. Identify candidate requirements and recommend suitable programs or opportunities.

4. Convert interested candidates into enrolled participants through effective communication and follow-ups.

5. Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective and existing candidates.

6. Handle candidate questions, objections, and concerns professionally.

7. Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and conversions.

8. Meet monthly targets related to candidate engagement, conversions, and enrollments.

9. Coordinate with the recruitment and training teams to ensure a smooth candidate experience.

10. Build strong relationships with candidates and maintain engagement throughout the training and placement process.

Other Requirements:
- 1. Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in business development, inside sales, recruitment, staffing, telecalling, or candidate engagement.
- 2. Excellent communication and convincing skills.
- 3. Strong follow-up and relationship-building abilities.
- 4. Comfortable making a high volume of daily calls.
- 5. Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- 6. Experience in the US IT recruitment/staffing industry will be an advantage.
