Business Development Executive (WFH)

About the job:
We are looking for a motivated and results-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) with at least 1 year of experience in sales, preferably in EdTech or the education industry. The candidate will be responsible for connecting with prospective learners, understanding their career goals, counselling them about our programs, and converting qualified leads into enrollments.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Connect with prospective students through calls and follow-ups.

2. Understand learners' career goals and recommend suitable upskilling programs.

3. Explain course details, benefits, fee structure, and placement-related offerings.

4. Handle objections, negotiate fees within approved discount limits, and close enrollments.

5. Maintain consistent follow-ups with interested leads to maximize conversions.

6. Update lead status, call records, and follow-up activities in the CRM.

7. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

8. Maintain a positive learner experience throughout the counselling and enrollment process.
