Business Development Associate (WFH)

About the job:
We are looking for a proactive and target-oriented Lead Qualification Executive to join our growing team at The Wedding Company. This role will be responsible for connecting with incoming leads, understanding their wedding requirements, qualifying them based on defined criteria, and ensuring that high-quality leads are successfully handed over to the scheduling/sales team. This is a high-volume calling and target-oriented role where success is measured by the quality of conversations, qualified leads, and meetings scheduled and completed. The role requires strong communication skills, good customer understanding, consistent follow-ups, and the ability to manage a high volume of leads in a fast-paced sales environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Handle inbound and outbound calls and connect with prospective clients

2. Make 400-500 calls/day and manage assigned leads effectively

3. Understand client requirements and collect key wedding details

4. Build a good initial relationship with clients through conversational selling

5. Qualify leads and schedule meetings with Wedding Experts/RMs

6. Handle basic pitching and objection handling

7. Follow up with clients through calls and WhatsApp, including sharing proposals/templates
