Bilingual Registered Nurse

As a Work from Home Registered Nurse for Tele-Care, you'll enjoy the benefits of a flexible work environment that enhances both comfort and productivity. Qualifications

- You currently reside in Canada

- Proficiency in English and French is required, as the role will support and be assigned both English- and French-speaking patients.

- You to have a degree or diploma in Nursing with at least one (1) year of post-registration clinical experience, preferably in acute care

- Registered with the NANB and the province where you live

- Have a passion for helping patients

- You'll also need strong communication, triage and critical thinking skills, computer literacy, and the ability to work and study independently with minimal supervision

- Previous call centre experience is considered an asset

- A desk, comfortable chair, access to a quiet home office space, high-speed internet, and the ability to hardwire your internet modem to the equipment we supply

This role may involve the use of approved artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support day-to-day tasks, improve efficiency, and enhance decision-making. Examples may include automated workflows, data-supported recommendations, drafting or summarization tools, or candidate/employee interaction tools (as applicable to the role).
