Job Summary:

You will play a vital role in building a robust talent pipeline and contributing to the evolution of our recruitment strategy.
Key Responsibilities:

- Source, identify, and engage top-tier candidates across a variety of roles.

- Build and maintain an active recruitment pipeline using modern sourcing techniques and digital platforms.

- Manage multiple requisitions simultaneously, ensuring a smooth and timely candidate experience.

- Communicate effectively with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand hiring needs and provide status updates.

- Coordinate interviews, gather feedback, and facilitate decision-making processes.

- Track metrics, maintain accurate records, and support continuous improvement of recruiting processes.

- Contribute to employer branding and candidate engagement initiatives.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree from a US university, preferably within the last 1-2 years.

- Demonstrated experience or strong interest in sourcing and recruitment.

- Excellent self-management skills and ability to thrive in a remote, autonomous environment.

- Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with diverse stakeholders.

- Proficiency using recruitment platforms, ATS systems, and social media channels.

- Highly organized with effective multitasking and prioritization abilities.

- Energetic, persistent, and eager to tackle new challenges in a fast-paced startup.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Internship or previous experience in recruiting or HR.

- Familiarity working in startup or high-growth environments.

- Proactive approach to problem-solving and process optimization.
